Os instantâneos monocrômicos reproduzidos neste catálogo sugerem a existência de um encontro, que apesar de minhas inúmeras pesquisas, não soube nem encontrei alguém que pudesse precisar do que se tratava exatamente. É consenso, porém, que tal nome sugira um evento com alguma repetição, ainda que não muito recorrente, anual talvez.

This is the first volume of the Monster Meeting’91. Nobody knows exactly what were those meetings, where they happened and why. The only thing we know is that they probably happened in 91, whatever that means. The photographs reproduced in this book aren’t really photographs as we know them, is an old and discontinued technique due to it’s poisonous chemicals for the user that apparently doesn’t concern the monsters here portraited.
