A Monster Meeting’91 é basicamente uma reunião de monstros que ninguém sabe ao certo se existe de fato, assim pelo menos é apresentada nos zines que deram origem à série. Os posters foram desdobramentos naturais dos zines pois permitiam que eu não me limitasse ao mesmo formato da revista, sempre pequeno, podendo fazer um desenho muito maior e mais detalhado, além de reunir todos os personagens numa nova situação. Nem todos os posters abaixo foram impressos, outros foram impressos duas vezes e um ainda teve impressão feita em duas cores distintas.
The Monster Meeting’91 is basically a monster gathering nobody can really confirm it’s existence. This is how the zine that originates the series presents us the facts. After drawing so many panels to make those small magazines we call zines, in a limited size, it felt natural to me to draw it bigger, without the limitations of smaller formats. So the posters did sort of a panoramic portrait of these unique characters. Not all the posters were in fact printed, some of then were printed twice, another one was printed in two different colors.
